Scott Au - Senior Lawyer
Born in Hong Kong and raised in Moncton, New Brunswick, Scott is proud of his Chinese-Acadian upbringing. Scott completed his MBA and LLB from l'Université de Moncton which allowed him to master French at a University level. In 2008, Scott obtained his accounting designation (CMA) and was called to the bar in 2010. Scott worked for a prominent bay street law firm gaining valuable experience in business and real estate law. In business law, Scott uses his legal, business and accounting knowledge and experience to help his clients formulate effective strategies while advising on various operational issues. This is to ensure the overall satisfaction of stakeholders within their company. In real estate law, Scott employed the latest technologies to streamline his real estate transactions, improving both quality and service to his clients.
Scott has experience in civil, criminal and family litigation. Scott is active in his community, being a Treasurer and Director of the The Cross Cultural Community Services Association. Scott is also the director and legal counsel of the following not-for-profit and charitable organizations:
